Leaked Terminator Salvation clips: Bale battles 10 Terminator models

terminatorsalvationClips from the new Terminator Salvation movie reveal that star Christian Bale will battle not one, but ten new Terminator models, including a giant robot called the Harvestor. According to the leaked documentary, Terminator 4: The Art of Martin Laing, which includes footage of some of the Terminators, the Harvestor “is the big beast that is sent out to find members of the resistance”.

“The huge, huge Harvestor sends out Moto Terminators, motorbike type Terminators, that move very very fast and bring the humans back to them,” said Terminator Salvation’s Art Director, Martin Laing.

Clips from the documentary show the Harvestor and Moto Terminators in action, along with glimpses of schematics for the other eight models.

Martin Laing calls Terminator Salvation “an epic war movie” with “David Lean landscapes” where Terminators are battled on a daily basis.

Of the ten new Terminators, some live in the water, some in the sky, while some travel along the road.

Because Terminator Salvation is set before Terminator 1, 2 and 3, Christian Bale will also meet the T600, a prototype to the Terminators we've already met in earlier movies. The most advanced model we've encountered so far is the quicksilver T1000 in Terminator 2: Judgement Day.

You can watch the leaked Terminator Salvation documentary here, read more about the plot here, and visit the official Warner Bros. Terminator Salvation website here.

I think 'quicksilver' is spelled 'polymimetic'.

I'm looking forward to this more and more. I wonder if/when Arnie will make an appearance.

I highly doubt that "Terminator Salvation" is set before Terminator 1, 2, and 3. And the TX was more advanced than T1000. Not only could the TX mimic different human appearances, it could hack other machines to control them, and can create its' own explosive weapons.
