Contribute ideas for future polls

We aim to publish new polls fairly regularly and being firm believers in democratic processes (well, benign dictatorship at least), we'd really like your suggestions about what items to include in each poll, as well as ideas about other polls to run. We'll kick off with a couple of suggestions and when there are enough items to include in a poll we'll publish it (using the six or seven most popular items).

This is a tough one for a reason that is so obvious it's barely worth stating, but what the hell - a film and a literary work are fundamentally different! Ridley Scott's Bladerunner and the novel by Philip K. Dick on which it is based, Do Androids Dream of Electric Sheep, aptly demonstrate the issue. Both are excellent in their own right, but if we judge the movie on the basis of the novel where does that leave us?

There is no doubt in my mind about the worst sequel - Highlander 2: The Quickening. What an absolute dog of a movie! Not only was it crap in its own right, but in changing the back story established in Highlander, Russel Mulcahy and his team of hacks actually undermined what was an original and highly entertaining predecessor. Quite an achievement really.
